Greywood Group, LLC is now accepting subcontractor interest for an upcoming mixed-use commercial property renovation project located in Southwest Baltimore. The project will include full build-out for retail space on the ground floor and residential units above. Work expected to begin in 2026. DEADLINE: December 4, 2025

🔨 Trades Needed

We are seeking experienced and qualified licensed trades to support the successful completion of this project.

Subcontractor teams must be:

• Licensed in the State of Maryland

• Insured

• Bondable

 

The following scopes are currently open for interest:

• Millwork & Carpentry

• Electrical

• Plumbing

• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)

• Roofing

• Masonry & Structural Restoration

 

📅 Site Visit & Registration

A site visit and drawing review session will be hosted in November 2025. Interested subcontractors must register to receive building plans and access details.
