Challenges: The property had prior renovation work that was not up to code, creating safety and compliance issues. The client also needed support identifying trustworthy contractors.

Solutions: GG conducted a contractor sourcing process, identifying and vetting three reputable construction teams with verified references. We also secured permitting and executed a phased payment agreement to ensure compliance and accountability.

Results: Lawncare services were contracted and maintained monthly. Construction is scheduled to begin in Summer 2025, with all necessary documentation, contracts, and compliance measures in place for a successful and timely renovation.
